KALENA AG is a company focused on the development and implementation of projects in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. Its activities are centered on realizing innovative and future-proof initiativesthat contribute to the transformation of the energy system.
KALENA AG develops projects in collaboration with companies, municipalities and engineering partners along the entire value chain. This includes, in particular, wind and solar parks, the expansion of modern district heating networks, as well as projects in carbon capture and other climate-relevant technologies.
The company’s operations are based on an entrepreneurial approach, with a strong focus on the planning, development, and execution of sustainable energy and infrastructure projects.
KALENA AG builds on a development that began in 2014 with the founding of a regional energy transition association. This was followed by the establishment of an engineering and project company, which has implemented innovative energy systems, particularly in southern Bavaria, and remains actively engaged in the sector today.
